Our Staff
The Organisation’s Management and staff are committed to this statement and adherence to our Code of Conduct Policy and Procedures
All staff is given a staff handbook as guidance on our values, ethos, and how our policies are translated into service delivery. This handbook is updated in line with any changes or new legislation. All Nicky Services Ltd t/a Nicky Care Services staff are trained as part of their induction and personal development. Our current staff have NVQ2 as the minimum qualification.
Placement for Young people age 15 - 18
Nicky Placement Home (NPH) is at Mount Pleasant Road, Lewisham. SE13 6RQ.
It is a five-bedroom house accommodation with a 24-hour service. Each bedroom is equipped with the facility required to make our clients independent and with trained staff.
NPH is affordable and at the centralised location in Lewisham.
A Message from Our Director, Mrs. Adenike Ajayi
With over 10 years of experience in adult and children's services, I founded Nicky Services Ltd with one goal in mind—to provide compassionate, high-quality care that supports the independence and dignity of our clients. My health and social care degree from the University of Scotland has equipped me with the knowledge to lead a team committed to making a difference in the lives of those we care for.
As a director and healthcare professional, I am deeply passionate about reducing homelessness through my charity, Nicky’s Mission Foundation, and continuing to drive excellence in care with Nicky Services.
